Dragon Fly Creative

Since its launch a few years ago, our client Dragon Fly have grown significantly which has brought about its own challenges - the two Executives found themselves working 24/7 to keep up with demand and turned to Hewett Recruitment for advice.  Hewett’s had already made several successful placements at Dragonfly and the MD felt she needed some strategic help to shape their growing teams of people enabling the senior Executives to release themselves from some of the day to day operations.

Open GI 

Following a service review Hewett Recruitment were looking at ways to improve Open GI’s visibility in the market place.  Although the organisation is a market leader within its industry, their employer brand was not being exploited to its full potential within Worcestershire.  We are currently working with them on a programme to improve awareness through PR which in turn will help Hewett Recruitment with our ongoing recruitment drive for Open GI.  Open GI is one example with whom Hewett Recruitment is engaged on a PSL.
