This much anticipated gathering of HR professionals throughout Herefordshire & Worcestershire will once again address the most pressing issues facing the HR and business community. An impressive line-up of speakers will be headlined by Kevin Green, Chief Executive of the REC. Kevin captivated his audience when he headlined the Conference in 2014 and 2016 and Hewett’s are pleased to welcome him back to hear his words of wisdom.




'The Future of UK Recruitment'

Kevin is a regular commentator on the UK labour market on national TV and was recently expert adviser on BBC2’s ‘Who’s The Boss’ programme. Before joining the REC as Chief Executive, Kevin was HR Director for Royal Mail and was responsible for all people realted issues for a business with 165,000 employees and helped to transform an organisation losing £1million a day in 2003 to making more than £600m profit in 2007.

Sally is set to join the HR conference as our resident 'legal eagle'.

Bernie Pelster has nearly 20 years HR experience across both the public and private sector and is Associate Director – HR for Open GI Ltd, a market leader in the insurance technology industry.

Bernie is responsible for the delivery of HR Transactional Services, Employee Relations, Reward, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Internal Communications across the Open GI group and has considerable experience in major system implementations, change management projects, large scale mergers and TUPE programmes.

The conference is open to all HR Professionals, managers and business owners and anyone who has responsibility for Human Resources

or strategic influence within an organisation.
