Commercial Law Solicitor

Our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Law Generalist who will join an already established and thriving team. Working previously with SMEs in relation to acquisitions, you must have detailed knowledge of UK commercial law issues including partnerships, LLPs and franchises. You will  have a minimum PQE of 2-3 years.

It is essential you have experience or a keen interest in business development and identify cross selling opportunities. You will also need to be able to demonstrate that you are a team player who is willing to be pro-active in external events and networking as required.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Commercial Law Solicitor to join a supportive and team orientated firm.

Location - Kidderminster
