MUST BE FLUENT IN SWEDISH AND/OR NORWEGIAN

To support the acheivements of the business objectives & customer service targets by acting as the first point of contact for all customers.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls & deal with them in a professional manner
  • Complete all translation requests from Swedish/Norwegian to English
  • Respond to customer progress enquiries
  • Communicate email to stores for cancellations, order changes, delivery, rejects & returns
  • Progress chase orders
  • Report regularly to Supervisors/Managers

Temp to perm opportunity.
