Customer Service Advisor (Sweden & Norway)

Location: Kidderminster
MUST BE FLUENT IN SWEDISH AND/OR NORWEGIAN
To support the acheivements of the business objectives & customer service targets by acting as the first point of contact for all customers.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls & deal with them in a professional manner
- Complete all translation requests from Swedish/Norwegian to English
- Respond to customer progress enquiries
- Communicate email to stores for cancellations, order changes, delivery, rejects & returns
- Progress chase orders
- Report regularly to Supervisors/Managers
Temp to perm opportunity.
