Our Client is looking to strengthen their existing team by the appointment of an Engineering Manager to be responsible for all production and engineering functions.

You MUST have previous engineering experience within the agricultural industry.

Essential requirements of this position are knowledge and practical expertise in the engineering workshop disciplines of welding, fabrication and machining, a good understanding of AutoCAD design techniques and experience in value engineering projects. 

Applicants must have previous management experience, practical problem solving abilities and a positive and focused approach to customer service.

A formal qualification in mechanical engineering would be a distinct advantage.
