Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, Worcester, West Midlands.
Hewett Recruitment is a very successful Worcestershire based recruitment company celebrating its 30th year in business in 2010. The company operate across various niche areas and, due to continued growth within our IT & Technical Division, we are looking to recruit a Resourcer to join our team. Based at our Worcester office, you will provide a full range of support to the IT & Technical Division, including aspects such as Temporary Desk Cover and Client and Candidate contact. The jobholder would receive a good grounding in Recruitment which would give them the opportunity to progress to a Consultant role as the division expands.
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level, preferably within an IT related topic. You will have very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ideally have some experience within a Customer Service based role. An interest in Recruitment and Business Development would also be a valuable asset.
