Our client is seeking an International Sales Manager. This is a new role offering considerable scope for development.

Working as part of the Senior Management Team, the role of International Sales Manager will focus on increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new business development opportunities.

Other key responsibilities of this role will include:

·         To create and deliver sales strategy to existing and new customers in your assigned market

·         To develop future growth to agreed targets, providing vision, direction and leadership

·         To ensure profitable and competitive pricing strategy

·         To contribute to Management Team decisions in overall management of business processes

Successful candidates will need:

·         A demonstrable track record in increasing business activity by developing relationships in the international market and an understanding of different cultures.

·         Experience of working effectively with international wholesaler/distributor partners and retail customers.

·         Expertise in an FMCG environment with experience of  managing international customers, markets or brands

·         The role will focus initially on Europe but a background in EMEA would be an advantage.

·         Ability to effectively communicate with internal staff at all levels

Whilst this is a UK H.O. based role, there will be extensive travel overseas and candidates must be willing to be flexible on hours.
