Lead Software Developer, ASP.Net, .Net, T-SQL, SQL Server, Worcester, West Midlands. A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a very successful, market leading organisation based in Worcester. As a Lead Software Developer you will work to co-ordinate the database design and assist in other parts of the solution architecture. You will also solve key, complex problems including performance and scalability issues as well as design write and unit test .Net and SQL Server components. 

The successful applicant will have experience of designing and developing multi-tier .Net and SQL Server applications at a senior level as well as SQL Server database design and optimisation. You will have an excellent knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server (2005) as well as ASP.Net / .Net (2.0 and above), XML, XSL and MS Reporting Services.
