A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to be part of a successful company enjoying continual, sustained growth.  You must have a proven track record of success, be determined and enthusiastic as well as adaptable and creative in developing new business.

This is predominantly a Field Based role, working out of the offices in Bromsgrove and selling to customers throughout the UK.  You will be expected to be in total control of your own diary, making use of the office to conduct telesales activity and book your own appointments. 

It is essential that you live within commuting distance from the office as this role does not allow you to work from home.

As the business is currently still in a growth phase, this role can offer the potential to create your own career path, having the freedom and flexibility to work without restriction and drive changes – you will be judged purely on your results.

You will be selling a specialised security service to mainly large, blue chip clients.  Although experience in this industry would be beneficial, it is not essential. 

Due to the nature of the industry, contracts are offered subject to a full 5 year checkable work history, full CRB check and Credit Check.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Basic salary £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.

OTE £35,000 to £40,000

Company Car + tracker.

Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE
