Available is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join a growing team and help drive the Company forward.


This role is to lead, mentor and motivate a team of Contact Centre Executives to achieve set targets, build and manage the department to ensure its success.

You will need to be an experienced sales professional with a proven background in hitting targets and leading by example in terms of motivation, presentation, passion, closing and progression.

Experience:

  • A proven background in telesales, lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
  • Exceptional team leadership/membership skills.
  • Working in an organised and target orientated set-up
  • Good people management skills with exposure to recruitment, training and developing staff.
  • Self-motivated, focused, resilient and driven
  • Excellent telephony and computer skills, such as office applications, emails and CRM systems.

Core tasks:

  • Management and coaching of the team, setting the standard, leading by and setting clear examples.
  • Responsibility for delivering the set targets, goals and objectives of the department.
  • Produce reports, on various subjects, including statistical analysis, for senior management, as required.
  • Coaching individuals and building a strong team dynamic.
  • Reporting back to the Directors with targets and progress.
  • Using the bespoke CRM system to measure and report on individual and team performance.

Basic salary £25k - £30k per annum, depending on experience. Up to £42k OTE with bonus.

35 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm / 11am – 7pm. Working one Saturday a month, (day off in the week in lieu of this)  

28 days Holiday per year.
