Business Process Analyst 

If you are driven, motivated and passionate about improving systems and processes this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join a highly professional organisation. You will have a pragmatic and change management mind set and a focus on actively encouraging and developing continuous improvement at a senior level with demonstrable outcomes across the business. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) and extensive experience of process mapping using Microsoft Visio is essential. 


Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): 
• Undertaking activities to improve process management, efficiency, effectiveness and performance across the business 
• Developing, agreeing and updating documentation and techniques 
• Leading business process reviews and re-engineering activities utilising matrix/ systems, methodologies and approaches 
• Leading activities in a way to engage staff 
• Identifying a need for policy and procedure refinement 
• Undertaking process reviews of existing and new processes to support effective integration into IT systems and timescales for IT integration implementation 
• Consistent monitoring and evaluation 
• Developing and promoting ways to evaluate organisational performance 
• Coordinating reviews and assessments of the organisation against industry recognised standards 

Essential skills and experience: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential 
• Lean Six Sigma Belt qualification or equivalent experience 
• Prince 2 or MS Project 
• Extensive knowledge and experience of process mapping using Microsoft Visio - essential 
• A strong sense of professionalism and an ability to deal with a wide range of people 
• A background in improving process management at a senior level 
• Successful at engaging staff in change activities 
• Systems based process management methodologies 
• Knowledge and experience of service redesign and delivering substantial change 
• Budgetary management and control 

Location – Malvern or Worcester plus travel (full driving licence and transport needed) 
Fulltime, 8 month contract 
Salary £TBA
