The Company

An established Manufacturer who design all of their own products in house.  All products are manufactured on site at Hartlebury and they supply to the construction industry and home owners.

The Role

Working as part of a small accounts team who report directly to the Finance Director, this role will primarily involve Credit Control duties along with some Sales and Purchase Ledger work.

Responsibilities

  • Credit Control duties.
  • Chasing monthly/overdue payments from customers.
  • Raising Sales Ledger invoices.
  • Producing applications for payment.
  • Liaising with retail and commercial customers with regards to queries.
  • Purchase ledger duties at busy times and to help cover during holidays.
  • Occasional ad-hoc general accounts and administration duties.

Requirements

  • Previous & recent Credit Control & Sales Ledger experience is essential.
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to build relationships.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Good IT skills.
  • AAT qualification advantageous.

Based in Hartlebury, Near Kidderminster.

Salary £19,000.
