We are recruiting for several Customer Service Advisor positions in a hugely successful and quickly growing firm. You will be working in state of the art, spacious offices with an on-site gym, which you will have access to before and after work.

The Customer Service Advisor Role

The job itself involves only incoming telephone calls, including a combination of order taking, complaint handling, answering product queries and any other customer questions.  You will also be responsible for monitoring an email inbox and responding to customer emails.



Full and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are up to speed with the products, computer system and typical customer queries before you get started.



Customer Service Advisor Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Previous customer service experience or similar job
  • Enthusiastic, approachable and confident in dealing with people
Working hours vary, we currently have shifts that are for 20 hrs per week, 22.5 hrs per week and 30 hrs per week - including weekends.

These positions are temporary, with the opportunity for a permanent contract.

Based in Worcester, commutable from Droitwich and  Hartlebury.
