INVOICING ADMINISTRATOR - ACCOUNTS - FINANCE - WORCESTER - £18k



Due to growth, my client are looking for a new Invoicing Administrator to join their busy Invoicing team on a full term, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy office and either invoicing or billing experience. Based in their offices on the outskirts of Worcester city centre, the Invoicing Administrator will work Monday to Friday 9-5:30.



Responsibilities

•To despatch items from our Order Book and generate the customer billing

•Loading of capital invoicing into SAP B1 and in house systems and regular production of invoices for applicable Companies.

•Obtain third party data or obtain triggers for invoicing

•Maintaining EDI transaction records and obtaining invoicing information monthly



Recurring Billing (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Licensing, Support & Maintenance charges)

•Loading of new recurring charges into SAP B1 and in house systems and production of invoices for all applicable Companies.

•Make adjustments to customers recurring billing e.g. removing products, adjusting numbers of users

•Checking and loading of new Partnership Agreements (pre and post contract)

•Restructuring of customer charges (pre contract).



Other Tasks

•Month End reports and billing/order book reconciliations

•Processing Direct Debit adjustments (Capital and Recurring)

•Direct Debit payment runs

•Running of Deferred income reports

•Finance Clearance on new orders

•General admin and scanning documentation for archive and reference

•Telephone queries relating from any of the above



Qualifications



•AAT Level 2 (desirable)

•GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above (essential)

•NVQ qualification (advantage)



Skills

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, telephone and face to face)

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

•Numerate

•Ability to handle several tasks at once.

•Capable of prioritising workloads to meet monthly deadlines.
