Summary of role: 
Looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual for this full-time, permanent position based in Worcester. 

The successful candidate will provide help and support the Account Manager and be able to develop new and maintain existing customer relationships. 

Direct responsibilities: 
• Initiate and follow up sample development, following customer sales meetings. 
• Work with both the Design and Technical departments to develop garment blocks and ensure amendments are followed up. 
• Attend customer meetings as required. 
• Manage branding and trim development. 
• Raise purchase orders and monitor progress from lab dip to bulk approval 
• Complete trim and style specification work book. 
• Enter orders onto the computer system. 
• Update internal and external critical paths. 
• Manage customer order from development to delivery. 
• Liaise with offshore offices and factories to monitor progress of order. 
• Manage raw materials stock levels. 
• Manage customer debit notes and excess costs. 
• Ensure factory packing list and export paperwork is prepared correctly and on time. 
• Implement delivery procedures for new customers. 
• Resolve customer queries. 
• Provide departmental cover during sickness and holiday periods. 

Skills required: 
• You must have an understanding of production and order management. 
• You should be competent in all aspects of MS Office including Outlook and Excel. 
• You must be self-motivated, be able to work on your own initiative and very organised with good attention to detail. 
• You should have good communications skills
