Chamber Business Awards - International Glazing Services Win Business of the Year!

Over 50 businesses were shortlisted for the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards which took place on Thursday 15th June at the University Arena, Worcester.

Well deserving winners International Glazing Services – IGS (Specsavers Group), took home the big prize of the evening by winning the Business of the Year award! They also scooped the Employer of the Year award making them double winners of this highly anticipated event. The company also received a 'Highly Commended' from the Judges in the Manufacturer of the Year category which was won by Kingspan Insulation. Hewett's are extreamly proud to be working in partnership with the Specsavers Group. Hewett's Industrial team have built a reputation for supplying reliable, high quality individuals to IGS and Specsavers over a number of years. IGS, which is one of the largest employers in the Wyre Forest region, rely on Hewett Recruitment to find temporary workers to cover the variety or roles within the organisation.

Other double award winners on the evening were 'simply Wifi' winning Most Promising New Business and Best Use of Technology award.

The evening was a great night and enjoyed by all. Hewett Recruitment sponsored the High Growth Business award which was presented by Laura Hewett, Commercial Director to winners Bee Lighting.
