Personality Interview Profiling
As part of our recruitment service Hewett Recruitment can offer personality interview profiling
to our clients.
Our latest profiling questionnaire looks at eight different behavioural areas including assertiveness and drive, extroversion, structure, social sensitivity and openness to change.
Upon completion, the system produces a detailed report broken down into these eight key traits based on the individuals responses and in addition, provides some very useful interview questions based on the candidates responses as an aid for clients during the interview process.
This assessment is delivered via an online portal
and can be completed by candidates at our offices in Worcester or Kidderminster, on client premises’ or via an email invitation to a designated email address. The flexibility of the assessment portal provides options for the report to be sent directly to a clients’ in-box, to a candidate and/or a third party (e.g. Human Resources) as required.
Our personality profiling tool can also be offered as a standalone product
to clients to enhance their own recruitment & selection process or can be combined with our suite of assessment tests to create a complete tailored assessment package
. Hewett Recruitment have a number of clients who also use our testing and personality profiling to regularly review and evaluate the skills of their existing employees.
