Gender Pay Gap Report

Snapshot 2025/26:

At Hewett Recruitment, we are committed to fair pay and equal opportunity. Our 2025 Gender Pay Gap results show a mixed picture across median and mean hourly pay: women’s median hourly pay was 2.9% higher than men’s (women earned £1.03 for every £1 men earned), while women’s mean hourly pay was 4.4% lower.

Our figures include both our directly employed team and all temporary workers we supply to clients. We work in partnership with our clients to help ensure workers are paid fairly and operate in safe, compliant working environments.

We do report a bonus gap in favour of men. However, bonus/commission is earned by a very small group of Recruitment Consultants, meaning the reported bonus gap is primarily driven by individual performance outcomes in that year, rather than differences in access to commission opportunities.

We will continue to monitor our data and take practical steps to support long-term fairness and progression across our organisation.
