My client are an industry leading software and hardware development house operating within the scientific research and development field. They are looking for a 1st/2nd line support analyst, to provide excellent customer service alongside excellent customer support.

As a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst you will have experience in:
*Providing first and second line support to a high standard
*Windows 7 & 10 deployment and management
*IP Phone System
As a successful 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst you will receive:
*Learn from an international support desk, supporting a range of employees for a range of different issues
*Up to £24,000 (Depending on Experience)
*Relocation package up to £4500
*Pension scheme up to 7%

Based in Malvern, this 1st/2nd line support opportunity is commutable from Worcester, Worcestershire, Droitwich, Hereford, Ledbury, Pershore, Evesham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Redditch, Bromyard, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley and Cheltenham.
