Account Manager

If you are an experienced Account Manager who is used to working in fast paced environments and delivering exceptional levels of customer service, this will be a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, highly progressive company. Developing and managing an existing long term relationship with a key client, you will be proactive at developing and managing the long term relationship and supporting on all elements with regards to that account.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Receiving and dealing with customer enquiries on both the telephone and email
  • Working towards monthly revenue targets
  • Attending and holding regular meetings with the client to ensure goals are clearly defined
  • Managing communication internally and to the customer ensuring that accurate data and reports are compiled
  • Developing new business by presenting to new potential customers
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Supporting the purchasing and stock levels of all products

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous Account Management experience in high value accounts
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to make decisions
  • Naturally proactive and driven
  • Team player
