To assist this small but busy local depot with all administrative support services to include reception and customer service duties.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration, organising workloads, dealing with telephone and email enquiries as well as face to face dealings with customers. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within the manufacturing / building products industry.
Dealing with customer queries.
Controlling / processing orders.
Administration support duties to include printing, filing and keeping records updated.
Making outbound calls to keep customers updated on the progress of orders.
Receiving inbound calls, taking accurate messages.
Liaising with the shop floor.
Reporting to the depot manager.
Previous Administration experience in a busy environment.
Good all round IT skills.
Great Customer Service skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
The ability to multi-task.
Based in Kidderminster.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch.
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
Annual salary £17,000 - £18,000
