Based from offices in Kidderminster, you will be part of a busy partsdepartment providing administration support. A strong understanding of customer service and excellent administration skills are required to maintain high standards of service.
- Stock ordering.
- Generating customer quotations.
- Processing customer orders.
- Data entry.
- General electronic filing.
- Crediting of accounts.
- Stock monitoring.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages.
- Good data entry skills and an eye for detail.
- Commercial awareness.
- Minimum of 1 year office administration experience.
Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Salary dependent upon experience.
