As part of a Development Team within a forward thinking organisation, the Administrator will play a key part in providing support across all activities within the department. This is an excellent opportunity for career and skills development and future opportunities.
Some key duties and responsibilities for the Administrator will include (but not be limited to):
*Supporting the Development team with creating, typing and formatting documents and templates
*Preparing and producing PowerPoint presentations
*Managing team and project archiving and working with the HR Administrator
*Proof reading documents
*Data entry onto company database
*Making and receiving phone calls and dealing with queries as requested
*Diary management for the Development team
*Making travel arrangements, booking tickets etc.
*Coordinating and arranging meetings as required
*Ensuring materials are prepared and ready ahead of meetings
*Organising refreshments and meeting and greeting visitors
It is essential that the Administrator demonstrates a naturally proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and 'go the extra mile' by being a key support to the team. A positive and team player attitude is essential!

*Strong administrative process skills
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills
*An ability to prioritise and manage workload
*Self-motivated and proactive
*A team player who is eager to learn and develop
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
The role is based in Worcester and is offering a salary of £16k.
