My client, based in a picturesque location near Bewdley, are looking for a temporary Administrator with an immediate start.
Working as part of a busy team, as temporary Administrator your responsibilities will include:
*Reception duties - answering phones, dealing with queries in a professional manner and transferring calls or taking messages as appropriate
*Data Entry onto Sage 50
*General administration - filing, scanning, copying
*Preparation of boardroom for meetings which may include the serving of refreshments when required.
As a temporary Administrator you must have previous experience using Sage 50 and a good knowledge of excel, word and power point. You need to have a good attitude to work in that you are willing to muck in and help wherever it is needed.
You must have your own transport to reach our client and there is parking on-site.
This is a full-time, temporary Administrator position based near Bewdley. Easily commutable from Stourport, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Bridgnorth.
