My Worcester based client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.
This is a varied administration role, acting as first point of contact to internal and external contacts and working as part of a busy team.
As Administrator, your duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
*Preparation, collation and production of documentation
*Full administration support to include creating and maintaining records, databases and filing systems
*Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up action points
*Booking venues, trips, activities and caterers as required
*Collect and track data, providing up to date information and reports as and when required
*Working to deadlines and timeframes
*Dealing with queries that require you to provide advice on procedural and administrative issues
As a successful Administrator you must have strong decision-making and prioritising skills, the ability to be discrete and use sound judgement. You must have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
This is a full-time (37 hours) Administrator position based in Worcester.
