This is a BRAND NEW role created to help with ongoing business growth!
A great opportunity for an experienced Administrator. Working from the office in Bromsgrove, you will join an experienced and exceptionally friendly and supportive team, providing support to Quality, Audit and Health & Safety departments.
Intranet management & maintaining databases including but not limited to SharePoint, Internal systems, Audit Spreadsheets (training will be provided).
Managing / Booking / Maintaining Training Records for the business.
Maintaining databases for contractor compliance.
Coordinating New / Renewal Security Clearance Applications as required.
Maintaining H&S equipment databases.
Reporting to the H&S and Quality department.
Various Office Inspections on a weekly/monthly basis.
Admin Support for the H&S and Quality Department.
Ad hoc reporting as required.
Previous office administration experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
Good time management.
Attention to detail.
Occasional travel to Derby office if required.
Able to obtain security clearance as required.
Salary circa £20,000
Based in Bromsgrove.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
