A young but growing business, already enjoying a huge amount of success in a short space of time. They supply products across the UK to assist people in their homes and throughout their day to day activities.
As the business continues to expand, this is an exciting time to join. The role of Administrator is varied and requires the ability to multi-task and a high attention to detail. The Administrator will work in a small team of 3 and report to the Directors.
Answer telephone calls, take and pass on messages.
Deal with after sales enquiries.
Provide an excellent level of customer care.
Take and process card payments from customers over the telephone.
Deal with supplier queries.
Raising works orders.
Data inputting using Excel.
General office administration - filing, support for Directors etc.
Previous experience in an office based administration role.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Experienced using MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Confident telephone manner.
£16,000 - £18,000 annual salary.
Based in Ombersley.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm/9am to 6pm rotating.
