We are looking for an exceptional team player who can add value and support to a busy Construction and Asset Management department. Working within a highly motivated and supportive team, you will provide a key administrative function and be highly adaptable to a fast paced environment.
An outstanding level of customer services with both verbal and written communication skills is essential.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*General administrative support with the creating, typing, formatting and amending documents
*Assisting the team with weekly and monthly reports
*Organising meetings and distributing minutes
*Maintaining the statutory compliance matrix
*Maintaining contractor contracts, H&S documents and insurances
*Providing administrative support for Asset Management procedures concerning reactive and incident reporting
*Uploading monthly Facilities Management reports
*Administration of invoices
