Office Administrator (part or full time hours considered)

Duties include…..

*Using Sage for purchases and sales orders to include goods receipt, placing orders, issuing quotes and sales dispatch
*Stock control to include goods in and out, traceable component issue, Instrument serial number issue, time sheet issue and input
*Banking duties to include payments for authorisation and petty cash
*Personnel duties to include timesheet issue and input, holiday allocation, sickness monitoring and providing overtime information for salaries
*General admin to include opening post, answering the phone, arrange dispatch and dealing with stationery and supplies
*Other duties include organise calibration piece certification and log of instruments for repair

*Experience using Sage essential

*Strong computer literacy MS Office

*You must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
