You will need to be comfortable discussing outstanding payments and managing a robust chasing process. You will also be responsible for:
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships via phone and email
*Updating the CRM system
*Dealing with queries
This is a job share position and as such is part-time. Working days will be Thursday and Friday, 09:00-17:00. This temporary position requires high levels or organisation, good outlook and excel experience and a knowledge and understanding of how VAT works. You should be good with figures and have an excellent telephone manner.
This is a temporary, part-time position and currently will be on an on-going basis.
This position is based in Kidderminster, easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Blakedown, Stourport and Droitwich.
