💷 Pay: £14.62 per hour
📅 Contract: Temporary Ongoing
⏰ Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts (Monday to Friday)
* 6:00am - 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The Role

We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for Southco in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering ongoing temporary work.

Duties Include:

• Assembling small automotive components
• Working with excellent attention to detail
• Occasional use of hand tools and automated machinery
• Following assembly instructions and procedures accurately
• Working towards production targets
• Handling small, intricate parts

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and processes
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience beneficial, but not essential
• Reliability and a positive attitude
