My client is a well-established technical solutions provider for the automotive industry sector and they are seeking a new Building Design Engineer to join their existing team. As a Building Design Engineer, you will assist with facilities design projects, thermodynamic calculations, and assessing HVAC/Cooling systems design.

Building Design Engineer Responsibilities;

• Travel to customer sites across the UK when required
• Conduct detailed surveys at customer sites
• To create detailed facilities designs
• Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning sides
• Write detailed testing documents for suppliers and contractors

Building Design Engineer Requirements;

• Previous experience working in M&E building design
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics is essential
• Experienced in 3D Modelling and 2D annotation (REVIT) and/or (Solidworks) would be advantageous
• Able to deliver presentations to customers and suppliers
