-Delivery of software applications to improve capability across the group of companies.
-Requirements gathering via stakeholder engagement, workshops and interviews.
-Review of existing business process and current software platforms, identifying improvements, introduce new process and best practices.
-Full cycle delivery including user acceptance testing of final product.
Experience & Skills;
-Previous software implementation experience preferably in the insurance sector and/or with insurance software products.
-Highly proficient communications skills with experience of influencing stakeholders and customers at all levels.
-Proven experience of User Acceptance Testing within a software environment.
-Excellent written and report writing skills.
