Client Services Administrator

Our client are looking for a temporary Client Services Administrator to join their Worcester based team for 4 months with an immediate start. As Client Services Administrator, your role will include the following:

*Creating and updating documentation - you need to be accurate and have strong attention to detail
*Producing letters and managing mail merges
*General administration and being the first point of contact for the central operations
*Managing and coordinating workflow for consultants
*Data input and output
*Responding to general client queries as required
*File and system maintenance


Experience of working within the financial services industry and a basic understanding of anti-money laundering and working in a regulated environment would be advantageous in this role. You must be a team player to be successful in this Client Services Administrator role, with strong organisational and administration skills!

This is a full-time, Client Services Administrator position based in Worcester City Centre. Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00. Easily commutable from Malvern, Worcester, Droitwich, Stourport, Hartlebury, Bromsgrove and Hereford.
