Location: Worcester City Centre
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to join a well-established and growing insurance brokerage? As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across a range of industries. Working closely with Account Executives and insurers, you will ensure clients receive expert advice and tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and servicing an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Handling policy renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business quotations
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and secure appropriate cover
• Preparing and issuing accurate policy documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all information is up to date
• Providing technical and administrative support to Account Executives
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and promote additional insurance products
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Account Handler
• Strong knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market and commercial insurance products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience using Acturis (desirable but not essential)
• Cert CII qualification, or currently working towards it (preferred but not essential)
