Our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels and who thrive on working in a fast paced environment.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Accurate processing of retail orders, stock enquiries, samples, returns and queries
• Recording all customer communications on relevant systems
• Accurately registering all enquiries in relation to online ordering, retail projects etc.
• Responding to all customer enquiries and complaints within a timely manner with further referrals if required
• Communicating and co-ordinating with other departments within the business in order to deliver exceptional customer service to customers
• Acting as the first point of contact for first line enquiries from Commercial Business Managers and Merchandisers
• Supporting Trade and Retail channels ensuring that all customer contact is maintained as promptly as possible during peak periods

This is a fast paced and target orientated environment and requires individuals who can prioritise workloads.

Based in Evesham salary £19,840

37.5 hours per week. Phone lines open between 8am - 6pm - shifts / rotas to be agreed on offer including an option of a Saturday between 9am - 2pm paid at 1.5 times hourly rate (minimum 2 Saturdays per year required)
