Compliance Administrator:

*You will play a key part in ensuring the compliance of all workers within the company's National Framework Agreements

As a compliance administrator your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

*Working to SMART objectives as set by the Director and recruitment team
*Obtaining necessary documentation from and applying for DBS applications
*Obtaining Occupational Health fit to work certificates, education certificates, health questionnaires/immunisation reports/blood test reports
*Obtaining Right to Work documentation and carrying out right to work checks
*Ensuring that all compliance documents are maintained on an annual basis
*Maintaining compliance folders
*Communicating with all staff members regarding the compliance status of candidates or workers
*Taking up references and checking CVs
*Answering phone calls

For this Compliance Administrator role the following skills and experience are necessary:

*A strong eye for detail
*Demonstration of the ability to adhere to processes and work to strict deadlines
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*An ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
*Previous experience of working to SMART objectives (advantageous but not essential)

This Compliance Administrator role is based in Worcester and offers a salary of up to £18K with discretionary end of year bonus. This Compliance Administrator role could be full time or part time and is flexible on hours. Own transport necessary.
