Connect (Customer Services) Advisor

If you are Customer Services professional who thrives on the delivery of outstanding customer service, within a large team environment, this could be an ideal opportunity! Key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

*Providing a front line service for any enquiries from customers, including telephone, face to face and digital
*Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
*Actioning requests and booking appointments
*Providing advice and support
*Updating and using all systems to ensure information is recorded accurately
*Actively participating in and undertaking continuous improvement of service delivery
*To provide administrative support as required

Full training will be provided for this Customer Services role but previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.

*A strong team player who can also demonstrate the ability to work without constant supervision
*A flexible attitude and willingness to embrace change
*A demonstrable confident and professional demeanour with an ability to resolve issues calmly
