Contact Centre Operative
Do you have Customer Service experience working in a call/contact centre? Are you able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment providing a high level of customer service?
My client, a local leader in their field, are currently looking for a Contact Centre Operative to join their growing team. Working in a busy contact centre in Kidderminster, you must be confident and have strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
As Contact Centre Operative Your duties will include:
*Handle incoming calls in an efficiently with excellent customer service provided at
*First point of contact for a range of queries relating to the services provided by
*To complete manual logs and input relevant customer data
*To work within policy and procedure as well as financial regulations
*Experience of working in a call/contact centre
*Experience working within a busy office environment
*Experience in call handling
This is a part-time, temporary Contact Centre Operative role. Working hours are Friday 17:00 to 22:00 and Saturday and Sunday between 07:00 - 22:00.
