My client, a local leader in their field, are currently looking for a Contact Centre Operative to join their growing team in a busy contact centre in Kidderminster. As Contact Centre Operative you must be confident and have strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
As Contact Centre Operative Your duties will include:
*Handle incoming calls in an efficiently with excellent customer service provided at
*First point of contact for a range of queries relating to the services provided by
*To complete manual logs and input relevant customer data
*To work within policy and procedure as well as financial regulations
*Experience of working within customer service
*Experience working within a busy office environment
*Experience in call handling
