There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company that designs, develops, and manufactures a range of bespoke products as a Continuous Improvement Manager. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, your role will focus on delivering large business improvement projects and assist with defining potential projects to support future business growth.

Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities;

• Lead the definition and delivery of measurable and validated large business improvement projects
• Assist with defining potential projects to support the future business growth
• Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner
• Deliver training and provide mentoring support
• Establishment and deployment of tracking and monitoring systems through KPIs

Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements;

• Previous experience in delivering business improvement projects
• Must possess a Lean Six Black Belt Qualification
• Must be able to lead a cross-functional team
• Knowledge of EN9100 would be advantageous
• Experience working with a Manufacturing Enterprise System would be advantageous
