Continuous Improvement Manager

There is now an exciting opportunity to start a new role as a Continuous Improvement Manager within the manufacturing and supply chain departments of this growing company in Worcestershire.

The company itself is long established within the scientific technology market and has an international presence. With their outstanding reputation for providing high end, bespoke solutions, the successful candidate would have a genuine opportunity to work with some of the most revolutionary innovative products in the market.

Duties:
*Driving continuous improvement across the site
*Running lean projects to produce cost savings, process efficiency and quality improvements
*Communicates lean principles to staff of all levels from shop floor to Director
*Train staff on lean and six sigma methodologies
*Champion for lean and six sigma

Experience, skills and knowledge:
*Minimum Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
*Degree, HNC or HND in Engineering
*Electrical and mechanical engineering principles
*Demonstrable success in Lean Six Sigma projects
*Understanding of manufacturing processes
