Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist

If you are an experienced CRO professional who would thrive on being part of a 'hands on' team, sitting within a global organisation, this would be a fantastic opportunity to implement your skills and take responsibility for leading and supporting the conversion rates and MQL across the audience centric platforms. Reporting into the Web Development Manager, you will have experience with VWO and Google Optimize and as well as being naturally self-motivated and driven, you will also have a creative as well as analytical flair!

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Reviewing and analysing sites for areas that can be improved and optimised
  • Monitoring and measuring baselines for key metrics
  • Managing key conversion points in the marketing funnel
  • Managing and optimising landing pages, website calls-to-action and lead-generating forms
  • Collaborating with campaign teams responsible for blogging, email, social media etc. in order to fully optimise each conversion path
  • Increasing conversion rates and driving marketing-qualified leads for the sales team
  • Optimising the lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • Increasing funnel marketing efficiencies
  • Collaborating with the global marketing teams to help deliver new functionality and support marketing activities

Our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about CRO and Digital Marketing and can think strategically as well as creatively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are key as is the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a CRO testing and/or UX focused role
  • Proven experience in CRO and/or digital marketing
  • Experience / understanding of digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation practices and metrics
  • Experience with VWO and Google Optimize
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud, with technical insights into the tools
  • Experience with data analysis including Excel, Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Good appreciation of W3C & WCAG web standards and browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to help with the User Experience and SEO strategy
  • Good knowledge of native JavaScript, HTML and CSS - to help implement experiments

Our client is based in Malvern but this role can be based from home with occasional meetings to be held as required within the office.
