Customer Advisor
As part of a small, customer support team this role will be integral to offering key customer service and support and requires someone with a strong technical acumen and an ability to deliver technical information and support in a confident manner. Dealing with initial customer enquiry through to order completion, the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service skills.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Dealing with new enquiries
- Entering and processing orders
- Responding to all incoming calls and emails
- Specifying and ordering parts as required
- Providing quotations
- Delivering remote diagnosis and problem solving video sessions
- Supporting customers on the phone and through video links
You will need to be an individual who enjoys being part of a small team and someone who is confident in delivering and presenting to clients both on the phone as well as interactively.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong technical acumen with an ability to learn about technical products
- Experience within an Engineering environment (preferred)
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and a team player
