Customer Experience Executive

This role would suit an individual who would thrive on joining a small company that is at the start of a very exciting journey. With primary responsibility for looking after the customer services, predominantly on email, you will also need be accommodating in undertaking additional office tasks as required.

Some key duties will include:

*Handling customer service issues, on a computer

*Office management and general administration

*Assisting in marketing campaigns as required- social media etc.

*Resolving customer issues and queries

The ideal candidate will relish the chance of being part of a small and expanding team in a highly innovative field. In order to fully appreciate the products you are working with, you will gain experience first- hand by initially spending some time and assisting in the warehouse.
