Customer Experience Executive

If you pride yourself on the delivery of exceptional customer service and can demonstrate a proven track record of working within a commercial customer facing role, then our client is looking for individuals who are driven and self -motivated.

Working with some of the leading High Street brands, some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

*Working with and supporting a set bank of customers
*Responding to all enquiries and resolving issues as required
*Preparing quotations
*Maintaining customer monthly targets
*Maximising all opportunities that come into the business

The service that is provided to the customer is outstanding and is reflective of the luxury sector our client works within.

Key skills and experience required for this Customer Services position include:

*Previous experience within a commercial customer facing role
*Knowledge of the print, direct mail and offline marketing is beneficial but not essential
*An ability to work within a fast paced, proactive environment
*Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
*Strong Microsoft office skills
