Customer Service Administrator

Office Working Full-time in Droitwich

Temp for 6 months with the opportunity to go perm for the right candidate

Salary: £11-12 per hour with weekly pay

Providing assistance to the busy service desk, assisting in general administration duties, data entry and providing high levels of customer service.

Service Point Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties including filing, photocopying, faxing and associated clerical duties
  • Inputting and updating data onto the system
  • Answering incoming calls and diverting them to the right person
  • Logging customer enquiries onto the in-house system
  • Processing sales orders
  • Providing regular updates to customers/clients on their enquiries/jobs

Service Point Administrator - Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer focused environment
  • Can meet deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Cooperation and team working
  • Microsoft Office efficient
  • Great telephone manner - building rapport with customers/engineers

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
