Administrator Hereford

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admin assistant who is available full time working for a reputable care home in Hereford. The role is temporary to cover maternity leave for approx. 6-12 months with an immediate start

Start date: Immediately flexible

Administrator duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and transfer to the relevant person
  • Data entry on the CRM system
  • Dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Respond to emails
  • Updating rotas
  • Raise invoices and producing membership packs
  • Collating payroll information
  • Manning reception

Administrator Requirements:

  • Communication
  • Cooperation and Team working
  • Adaptability
  • Diversity and flexible
  • Problem Solving/ Analysis
  • IT literate
  • Care industry experience advantageous but not crucial.
  • Can follow instructions and carry out tasks clearly.

Pay: £10 - 10.50 per hour

Temporary for maternity leave cover

0830 - 430 / 9-5 Monday - Friday (immediate start)
