Administrator Hereford
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admin assistant who is available full time working for a reputable care home in Hereford. The role is temporary to cover maternity leave for approx. 6-12 months with an immediate start
Start date: Immediately flexible
Administrator duties:
- Answering incoming calls and transfer to the relevant person
- Data entry on the CRM system
- Dealing with enquiries and queries
- Respond to emails
- Updating rotas
- Raise invoices and producing membership packs
- Collating payroll information
- Manning reception
Administrator Requirements:
- Communication
- Cooperation and Team working
- Adaptability
- Diversity and flexible
- Problem Solving/ Analysis
- IT literate
- Care industry experience advantageous but not crucial.
- Can follow instructions and carry out tasks clearly.
Pay: £10 - 10.50 per hour
Temporary for maternity leave cover
0830 - 430 / 9-5 Monday - Friday (immediate start)
