As Customer Service Advisor your duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Providing a front line service for any enquiries from customers, including telephone, face to face and digital
*Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
*Actioning requests and booking appointments
*Providing advice and support
*Updating and using all systems to ensure information is recorded accurately
*Actively participating in and undertaking continuous improvement of service delivery
*To provide administrative support as required
Full training will be provided for this Customer Service Advisor role but previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable. This is a 3 month temporary opportunity.
As Customer Service Advisor, essential skills required include:
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*A strong team player who can also demonstrate the ability to work without constant supervision
*A flexible attitude and willingness to embrace change
*A demonstrable confident and professional demeanour with an ability to resolve issues calmly
*An ability to learn new information quickly
This Customer Service Advisor position is based in Worcester, easily commutable from Malvern, Ledbury, Pershore, Evesham, Worcester, Droitwich. The working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
