A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for my client on a fixed-term basis as a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic organisation that takes pride in the level of customer service they provide and who really look after the people who work for them!
As Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers, and you will be responsible for:
*Understanding and taking ownership of queries, making appointments and liaising with third parties as part of query resolution
*Discussing concerns and keeping systems up to date at all times, escalating complex queries where appropriate
*Actioning customer requests and providing feedback to customers
*Providing account information to customers and providing a payment taking facility
To be successful in this Customer Service Advisor role, you must have previous customer service experience with a passion for delivering customer service at a high level. You should be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers while working in a fast paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time Customer Service Advisor position based in Birmingham, working between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. This is a fixed-term contract, to the end of March 2020.
